You can prepare a paste of fenugreek seeds by grinding it and then boiling the powder in milk. Apply the preparation in the affected area and leave it for an hour and then wash it off.

  • Cold compress: Cold compress is another homemade way to reduce sciatic pain. You need to dip a clean towel in cold water. Then squeeze the extra water and apply the cloth in the affected area for a few minutes. Then repeat the same process a few times. You need to do this for two sessions in a day.

All the above remedies are natural and can be done at home. These remedies, however, may not be useful always as sciatic pain can be very excruciating at times.
